About The Role

We’re on the hunt for a 2 nd line,Operational Resilience Managerto support and oversee the delivery of Simplyhealth’s Operational Resilience and Business Continuity frameworks.

About The Role

Working across the business you’ll support and oversee the roll-out of robust business continuity plans and impact assessments, in addition to working closely with our Cyber Security & Business Resilience, Crisis Management and Disaster Recovery teams to provide appropriate, proactive 2nd line support across the organisation.

In addition, we’ll look to you for best practice guidance on the execution of our regulatory operational resilience requirements, incident response strategies and for an oversight of adherence to Simplyhealth’s vendor management framework for our supplier list (including material outsourcing requirements).

Please note this role will be predominantly home based in line with our new ‘smart working’ approach; there may be a requirement to attend some meetings at our Hampshire head office.

About You

We’re looking for passionate individual that’s confident operating across all levels of stakeholders, shows positivity under strain, has the confidence and curiosity to challenge the ‘norm’ and regard both written and verbal communication as their strength.

You’ll have practical experience embedding industry standard business continuity practices within a financial services firm and an excellent understanding of regulatory Operational Resilience requirements.

In Return

As well as a competitive basic salary you’ll receive:
  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
