About The Role

Base Location: Lowestoft or Flexible UK, however our preference is that you will be based in one of our key UK sites, which includes but is not limited to:- Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness, Reading, Havant, London

Salary: £51,600-£77,400 + car/allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

As our Offshore Asset Management & Operational Compliance Manager you will play a key role in the Technical Support Services Team reporting directly to the Technical Support Services Manager to provide effective leadership for our Offshore Wind portfolio on Asset Management & Operational compliance.

You will provide Asset Management System expertise to the Offshore Wind business, ensuring that effective asset management standards are in place & maintained to comply with ISO 55001, influencing all business areas to enable a lifetime asset management approach is taken across Offshore Wind by working collaboratively with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Finance and Commercial teams

Additionally, your role will require you to ensure regulatory compliance and standards are met for REMIT & Grid Code through robust operating standards and procedures

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
  • Asset Management experience of ISO 55001 or similar recognised management system, preferable trained & accredited Auditor
  • A working knowledge of REMIT & Grid Code/Operating code requirements
  • Financial & budgetary responsibility experience
  • Articulate with effective written, interpersonal, and analytical skills with ability to analyse problems, action and progress to ensure follow through to resolution.
  • Comfortable communicating to all levels to Director level and managing a broad, complex stakeholder community.
  • Excellent process management skills with ability to provide information in a logical and consistent manner
