As Office Co-Ordinator you’ll be working closely with the owner and director of a small, growing family run business. Donna Anderson Publishing Ltd. (www.designedbydonna.com) design knitting patterns and sell them across the world - with an existing clientele of over 20,000!

This position offers the applicant an exciting opportunity to become part of this rapidly growing business! Your personality and skills will determine the future scope of your role, with your initial responsibilities to be the fulfillment of orders and providing customer service via email to our customers in Australia, Canada, Ireland and of course the UK!
This position will be based from our office in Glenrothes. We are looking for applicants who are technically proficient, even if not necessarily fully experienced in our choice of systems - full training will be provided.

Salary**
Starting wage of £9.50 per hour.
Probationary period - 3 months.
Hours
16-30 hours available, flexible to suit circumstances.
1-2 positions available.
Office hours:Monday - Friday (between 9am - 5pm), Sundays optional.

Responsibilities
- We operate a print-on-demand service. You will be responsible for printing and packing orders. This includes completing international customs declarations, packaging buttons and embellishments as well as managing the orders on our system.
- Dealing with customer enquiries through email - establishing FAQs, resolving technical issues, password resets, incomplete addresses, etc.
- Managing office inventory - ordering stationary, ink, paper, etc. from suppliers, sourcing new suppliers, trialing new products, etc.
- Management of various selling platforms (eBay, etc.)
- Setting up our Amazon store.
- Website management - adding new products, updating existing products, creating new content, social media, etc.
Skills & Experience
- Previous office/order fulfillment experience is desirable.
- Previous experience in any of the following would be highly desirable but by no means a prerequisite:
- Search engine optimization
- PPC ad management/creation experience in either GoogleAds, Facebook Ads or any other form of conversion based traffic generation.
- Website management (WooCommerce, Shopify, any experience with MailChimp etc.)
- Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop experience.
Part-time hours: 16-30 per week
