Donna Anderson Publishing Ltd. is a family owned and operated publishing company based in Glenrothes. We are a high volume, fast paced, friendly, and helpful office. We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team!

We design and distribute award winning knitting designs and have sold over 150,000 copies worldwide since 2020! We have customers throughout the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Job Description:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for daily clerical tasks. This includes answering phones, dealing with and collating customer queries, completing orders and performing other administrative duties.

The Office Assistant will also assist in the office with special projects as needed.

Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Any experience in working with print and/or graphic design would be an advantage but by no means a necessity.
We have a recently refurbished office, staff car parking, excellent public transport links and tea/coffee making facilities.

Job Type:Full-time or part-time - working hours can be discussed.
