Are you an Office Administrator looking for an exciting new position?

TSR Legal are currently working with a full range service firm who are seeking an Office Administrator to join their team in Cardiff. This position is key to providing administrative support to the office, as well as providing general secretarial support to the team.

Duties will include:
Manging the main office telephone line
Ad-hoc scanning or copying of files
Managing the outgoing post which may include preparing letters to clients
Meeting and greeting clients and staff members.
Managing the incoming post including distributing, scanning and filing to our companies’ systems
Working closely with the Group Operations Manager to maintain Health and Safety and Office Standards

The firm are seeking a individual with:
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised
Friendly manner
Team player
Previous office / business administration experience
IT Literate
