Eden Brown Synergy have an opportunity available for an Occupational Therapist to work as a locum and to support a Social Services team in the East Riding of Yorkshire.

This is a vacancy for a HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with experience of completing assessments for equipment and adaptations and completing moving and handling assessments within the community.

Applicants will need have skills, knowledge and previous experience within Social Services. Previous experience in a similar role would very beneficial.

A car driver with their own vehicle is required for working across a rural community setting.
