A new opportunity has arisen within several adults social service teams in the East Riding of Yorkshire area for an experienced Social Worker with at least 6 months post qualified experience.

The authority is looking for social workers to join their Care Management and Continued Health Care teams. Candidates will be expected to have a social work qualification with knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and procedures.

To apply for this role you must hold a degree, post graduate or Professional Qualification in Social Work. Hold full HCPC registration. Ideally have 6 months post graduate experience within a local authority. Have Clear and valid DBS disclosure and have access to their own car.
