A Tech for Good client is scaling up their backend engineering team. A hyper growth business that operates at the forefront of their sector, recruiting and retaining some of the best Software Talent in London due to their constant innovation and greenfield developments.

Our client is looking for an experienced Node JS engineer, with TypeScript experience to join up with their software engineering team. You would be working across an event-driven architecture and the contract would be focused around microservice API development. For this we are looking for a Senior Contractor with strong commercial experience in the following areas:

  • NodeJS Development
  • TypeScript
  • JavaScript
  • Test-Driven Development (Mocha, Chai etc)
  • ReactJS (Nice to have)
  • Cloud Platforms (AWS or GCP)
  • Kafka

This is a long term remote contract opportunity, 6 months initially with a view to extend. The client has done an SDS and the project has been deemed Outside IR35. The day rate on offer is up to £600 per day (dependent on experience). To be considered please send through your up to date CV.
