The Role

As Data Product Manager you will own a new group product, built in house, that collects, formats and publishing transaction data from all sales channels in order to enable multiple strategies centred around future and further innovation of the group. You will be building a brand new piece of technology whilst manager a high number of stakeholders to prioritise the right transitional state. You will:

  • Support the communication and resolution of live product occurrences and successfully prioritise, organize and communicate the resolution of production issues
  • Support the strategy and develop specific roadmaps and backlogs for products, building a complete end to end customer experience that delivers on decided product metrics
  • Own the customer and business value for specific products, including securing support through the appropriate process and relevant technology teams whilst being accountable for end-to-end delivery in product management for specific products.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Experience working on the whole life cycle of product management and development, prioritising values etc.
  • Data Driven having come from technology focused teams in a data driven role.
  • Can translate between customer requirements and technology delivery.
