What does the role involve?


Reporting into the New Business Customer Experience Manager, The New Business Solutions Executive will be responsible for providing support to the sales team by providing an exceptional service to our introducers. They will ensure a market leading experience, ensuring that a seamless tailored process is enforced for individual needs.


Some of your key duties will include:

    Provide full administrative support to introducers, suppliers, colleagues and customers
    Responsible for checking documentation is ready for payout and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    Building strong sustainable relationships with our Introducers, Sales and New Business
    Take on administrative tasks for the Sales Team so they can concentrate on growth and profit.

What are we looking for?


The ideal New Business Solutions Executive will embody a strong combination of analytical and results driven skillset. They will put the customer (introducers) at the heart of their operations, ensuring that a tailored service is provided in a timely manner. They will utilise their analytical skill set to ensure that all possible risk is mitigated and in line with company procedures.


Also, we’re looking for the following:

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    IT Proficiency
    Strong analytical attention to detail
    Ability to work towards targets
