What you’ll be responsible for…

Delivering high quality customer service in line with corporate and service specific strategies, policies, procedures and plans.
Ensuring targets, service standards and performance expectations are met relating to quality of service, customer satisfaction, service response and completion times for all housing management processes e.g. tenancy changes, tenancy compliance and anti-social behaviour.
Maximising the resolution of customer enquires at the first point of contact.
Developing, reviewing and delivering successful outcomes using estate, neighbourhood and tenancy action plans to support the development and sustainability of our communities to suit the needs of our customers.
Delivering directly and, in partnership with others, a range of housing services relating to the management and letting of tenancies and leases as well as having an active responsibility in promoting and developing resident engagement, safeguarding and wellbeing.
Providing assistance to contractors to ensure the smooth running of the Investment Programme and individual improvements in residents homes to make our estates great places to live and work.
Providing a high quality, customer led and outcome focused response to anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches and illegal occupation including the preparation of legal documents and representing the business in court.
Facilitating processes to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance for all our properties, including the management of health & safety and fire risks and gaining entry to properties where necessary to maintain the wellbeing of our customers.
Developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the neighbourhood and the needs of individual tenants to deliver core housing services but also introducing services and support to build the capacity and resilience of residents to enhance their quality of life and to promote sustainable communities.
Contributing to service improvement, continual development and innovation through active participation in projects and pilots.
Participate in Multi-Agency Meetings which means working together with partners to ensure a joined-up local response to reduce the risk of harm to children and adults.
To promote early support for vulnerable families and a thorough knowledge of safeguarding protocols.
