Main duties of the job

This is an exciting opportunity to join a motivated team to deliver Mortuary and Bereavement Services across BCUHB. Based in Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, but with travel to Ysbyty Gwynedd, Bangor and Ysbyty Maelor, Wrexham expected, the successful candidate will participate fully in the departmental rotas and also provide management and leadership to this professional team.

The successful candidate will also join the Cellular Pathology Management Team and will inform, direct and enhance the role of the Mortuary and Bereavement Services within the Health Board. They will also be pivotal in the development of the service and will manage change and improvement as the opportunity arises and service demands dictate.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
