This position will be a Modernization Execution Strategy Lead for the Corporate Technology Office (CTO) function, which will directly report to the CTO Modernization Execution Manager and will partner closely with the CTO Modernization Execution leads. The remit is to work with the CTO organization on execution Modernization and Transformation Program objectives in a synergistic, streamlined and coordinated fashion.

The successful candidate will manage commitment dates, identify opportunities for portfolio and individual application improvement, complete data analysis, and bringing solution teams to bear to help teams advance forward. The successful candidate must possess strong analytical & problem-solving skills, have the ability to prioritize and manage time alongside building strong relationships and rapport with senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership for domain areas within the Modernization Execution team as the Subject Matter Expert
  • Analyze the portfolio to identify performance indicators, blockers, trends and future outcomes
  • Develop a portfolio management approach to domain area including developing accountability across the portfolio for delivery, action management and roadblock resolution
  • Build relationships across multiple boundaries to deliver organization value
  • Develop prioritization, clear decision making steps and support models for our engineering teams
  • Leverage a strong foundational knowledge of financial, application and developer metrics to build effective solutions that simplify, automate, and add value
  • Express creativity and ingenuity to transform how we see and understand the portfolio
  • Gather, interpret and analyze business requirements and use cases and design dashboard solutions that meet use cases/requirements, as well as achieve ease of usability and self-service capabilities
  • Analyze, trend and model modernization strategies across various metrics
  • Work in a fast-paced SAFe, Agile environment
Qualifications
  • experience in finance, data & analytics, and/or project management within the Financial Services industry
  • Experience and Qualifications in Business Analysis preferred
  • Experience in data manipulation and project management to drive business outcomes
  • Strong experience in working with Senior Leaders required
  • Understanding of and experience with GT Modernization Strategies
  • Flexible individual who can easily and efficiently transition across topics and disciplines
  • Adept at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in high-pressure environment
  • Ability to define and track project deliveries through to implementation
  • Proactive/self-starter with the ability to deliver value-added support to business partners in a dependable, timely and accurate manner
  • Controls/Risk management focus - Ensure we remain adaptable and responsive to the changing regulatory landscape
  • Detail oriented, adept at data organization and maintenance
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills and highly results oriented
