We are looking for a Modern Workplace EUC ManagerResponsibility for Architecture, Platform and Service for End User Compute utilising technologies including MS 365 (O365, Intune, SCCM, Win10, Power Platform, Azure, WSUS), Mobile, EUC Hardware etc…
Provides leadership for the EUC environment for Modern workplace technologies to define strategy, roadmap and services through the delivery of a Modern Workplace and Digital Transformation Programme across JCB’s 8,000+ userbase. Co-ordinate with internal business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions for business processes using modern workplace technologies (Power App, Power Automate, Sharepoint, Teams and other SaaS platforms)
Duties
Managing and developing desktop/modern workplace architecture and ensuring devices meet the required global standards
- Patching and Updates
- Security & Compliance
- Software Deployment
- OS Image Deployment
- Asset Management
- Define and Deliver the EUC strategy and roadmaps
- Analyse Business requirements and define target solutions
- Manage the Digital transformation of business processes
- Introduction of new EUC devices (PC, VC, Mobile, Print etc..)
- Implementation of SaaS based solutions
- Manage the EUC team to deliver against SLA’s and KPI’s
- Proactively manage vendors and 3rd parties to deliver
- Build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders
- Broad IT technical knowledge and experience within large organisation
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Services and Client Management Suite (SCCM, WSUS)
- Understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform services and Azure environment
- Microsoft Licensing
- Project Management (Agile Methodologies)
- Active Directory & Azure Active Directory
- Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic & reason, creative and strategic
- Demonstrated knowledge of ITIL and related service management skills
- Experience in managing budgets
- Experience in managing a team of direct reports and developing individuals excellent interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal) and sharp business acumen; ability to communicate and present to a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical
