Job Title: Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Guildford, Basingstoke, Reading (No London work)

Salary: Up to GBP42,000 per annum

Are you a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer seeking a new and exciting opportunity? We are currently looking for a proactive and experienced individual to join our team on a commercial council contract covering Guildford, Basingstoke, and Reading : with no London work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting routine maintenance and inspections on mechanical systems
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues
  • Performing repairs and replacements of faulty components
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborating with the maintenance team to achieve operational goals
  • Providing on:call support on a rotational basis (1 in 4)

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
  • Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Strong diagnostic and problem:solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
