Job Introduction

Do you know what it takes to deliver a winning campaign? If the answer’s yes, we’d love to hear from you. Our Marketing team is looking for someone with great organisational skills, who can write insightful creative briefs, produce and project plan, manage stakeholders and who can manage a budget, stay on brand and combine creative with strategic to deliver campaigns that will resonate with our customers time and time again.

Main Responsibilities

From day one, you’ll be getting to know our customers and learning about the business, so you’ll be equipped with the knowledge you need to deliver engaging campaigns. On the one hand, you’ll be making sure our customers receive marketing materials that are engaging and clear. On the other, you’ll be working with the customer insight team to measure how effective they are against KPIs and take the learnings in to the next campaign.

You’ll also be working closely with stakeholders across the business to make sure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and on brand. Our designers, copywriters and external agencies will be relying on you to provide clear and insightful creative briefs they can really bring to life. You’ll be delivering campaigns across all our channels both above and below the line.

The role will work closely with our strategy & planning, digital, customer insight and operations teams.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who’s customer-focused and loves being part of a team. You’ll need brilliant communication skills and that rare ability to balance customer needs with commercial requirements.
You don’t necessarily need a background in financial services, but experience in a regulated environment would really help. And don’t forget to bring your brand knowledge and all that wonderful stakeholder management expertise.
