The Challenge

You will join the fast paced excitement of Adobe’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Marketing Organisation, where Adobe’s Digital Media products meet our customers. The EMEA Marketing teams drives and delivers marketing across multiple regions and languages to customers ranging from individuals visiting our Adobe.com website through to top enterprise organisations. You will be part of the EMEA team working alongside colleagues in the US and Continental Europe. You will need to hit the ground running, as you’re likely to be involved in challenging projects from day one, whether that be developing operational marketing plans or using the data and analytics to provide strategic and operational recommendations.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with the pan EMEA and Corporate teams to help build and deliver operational marketing plans
  • Manage multiple budgets from planning through to execution and reporting
  • Understand the customer journey for different Adobe.com users and use this throughout your daily working day
  • Working in collaboration with other regions (AMER, Japan & APAC) and teams to drive marketing excellence.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects, supporting the delivery of marketing across EMEA

What You Need To Succeed

  • An Undergraduate degree. Courses related to Marketing, Digital Marketing or Business may be beneficial, but are not a prerequisite.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing planning or operational role
  • Experience working with multiple international teams
  • Your passion, drive and intellectual curiosity are the most important characteristic we will be looking for.
  • A proactive, flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Strong IT skills, ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint essential
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, with strong presentation skills
  • Passionate and willing to learn more with a growth mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • High standard of accuracy with attention to detail and ability to spot trends and patterns
  • Well organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
