The role will manage all esports campaign components across the unikrn platform and marketing channels. You will work with the relevant stakeholders and agencies to plan, manage, deliver and measure successful esports marketing campaigns. The position requires effective internal stakeholder and external agency management across the business.In 2021, Entain acquired unikrn to launch the company’s esports practice. unikrn is one of the world’s preeminent esports betting platforms. unikrn paved the way in the sports betting industry by offering esports odds across 35 titles, as well as virtual esports and streamer betting. unikrn also boasts a skill-based betting platform that allows players to wager on themselves in ranked matches in the world’s most popular gaming titles.Your Mission

• This role will be responsible for driving unikrn’s online and offline esports campaigns across key regions
• Areas of oversight include managing creative briefing, campaign timelines and project plans with key marketing stakeholders (internal: marketing, product, DATA BI, finance and external: creative, media and affiliate agencies)
• Assist in the development of all esports marketing campaigns
• Lead management and briefing processes across campaigns including multiple agency teams across all relevant agency disciplines
• Work on major player campaigns and bespoke marketing projects to deliver brand awareness of unikrn
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure consistency across activations and messaging and ensure briefs are completed (including but not limited to digital banners, social media assets and video creation)
• Work directly with media and performance teams to manage corresponding briefs, promotion timelines and major brand / product launches.
• Partner with the CRM team to ensure relevant retention offers and promotions are implemented appropriately
• Partner with marketing colleagues to drive timelines against key deliverables.
• In partnership with key stakeholders, identify key success metrics and measure campaign efficacy post campaign completion

Your Profile

• We are looking for someone who has a passion for creating amazing marketing campaigns and is excited by the opportunity to launch the unikrn brand in markets around the world
• Possesses a balance of conviction to drive change with breakthrough collaboration and influencer management capabilities
• Significant experience and connection to the gaming / esports / youth culture industries, working with numerous stakeholders from publishers, properties and/or talent management.
• Strong project management capabilities with a passion to manage multiple projects and deliverables
• Strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills are a must.
• Collaboration with colleagues across all lines of business to identify and develop unique strategic programs to deliver against business objectives.
• Ability to both think strategically and operationally / tactically.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple programs concurrently.
• High energy, self-starter, team-oriented, innovative, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Travel required (~20%) to execute onsite programs and nurture partnerships.
