Role Purpose And Key Responsibilities

To contribute in achieving the highest standard of food production for the Stadium, while meeting customer expectations, health and safety requirements and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • To work with the Kitchen team to produce food for the restaurant and fast food outlets to a high standard;
  • To ensure orders are read and food prepared according to the time scales provided;
  • To prepare the fast food areas for service;
  • To serve food and drink orders in the fast food areas in a timely and professional manner;
  • To ensure cleaning rotas are adhered to throughout the food production;
  • To carry out any reasonable requests made by your line manager.
Health & Safety And Compliance Responsibilities
  • To be aware and comply with the Work Instruction Notices that are associated with this role and ensure that adequate training is completed in those areas;
  • Ensure that all equipment in the kitchen area is working safely and is compliant with manufacturer’s guidelines for operation, reporting any concerns to the Bar & Catering Manager.
Accountabilities
  • You are required to follow the Work Instruction Notices (WIN), or Stadia Operating Procedures (SOP) that are relevant to your role
  • The company may also communicate ad hoc notifications through line managers and notices boards - these will also form a part of your health and safety responsibilities.
Specialist Skills, Experience And Educational Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential
