Central England Cooperative are searching for a Marketing Communications Assistant to support our Customer and Marketing Team within our Administration function.This post supports all aspects of marketing and will be responsible for the collation of assets for digital food promotions, point of sale material and advertising.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to business with the delivery of marketing communication

Display excellent customer service skills.

Meet agreed Service Level Agreements.

Contribute to the delivery of the Shared Services strategy, including supporting Perform methodology and working practices, working to the relevant level of Perform methodology.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, numerate, analytical and have well developed communication and IT skills. Having, excellent proofreading skills, with attention to detail and a ’right first time’ approach. This is a high volume role where you will be expected to work to tight deadlines whilst still delivering high quality outputs ensuring information and data is collated and delivered accurately and within specified time scales.

Skills and Experience:

Computer literacy including a high level of spreadsheet knowledge and word processing.

IT literate and confident using Word, Excel and outlook

Multi-tasking - ability to manage more than one project/task simultaneously

Good proof reading and copy checking skills

Copy writing skills desirable but not essential

Good communication skills at all levels

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Willingness and ability to learn quickly

Similar roles to this position may be titled Brand Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Marketing Campaigns Assistant or Promotional Assistant.
