The Role

Are you passionate about marketing and ready to make an impact? We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to spearhead the rollout of in-store and local marketing initiatives for our exciting new store and refit program across the UK & Ireland.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in developing concept store POS requirements, managing in-store graphics, and executing impactful marketing strategies. Join us in creating a vibrant shopping experience for our customers!

Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversee in-store graphics, window vinyls, and hoarding
  • Manage individual store order requirements and maintain POS packs
  • Ensure timely delivery of store materials and provide regular communication updates
  • Create launch day bulletins and post-launch reports
  • Develop and evaluate a local marketing toolkit for effective activity requests
  • Collaborate with Retail Implementation Managers and Merchandisers for successful store launches

Location: The company has a Hub in Nuneaton and we typically expect colleagues to spend at least two days each week in the office. There may also be occasional travel to other locations. We’re a global, digitally enabled business and we expect our colleagues to be self-driven and to determine the most appropriate place to work each day to meet the requirements of the role, achieve their best performance and optimum output,
