The Role:

We have a great opportunity for a Training Administrator to join our Learning and Development team. The purpose of this role is to carry out all administration to ensure the efficient management of our Learning Management System across our Retail, Head Office, Supply Chain, and International estate.

  • Ensuring accurate colleague training records are created and maintained
  • Completion and Communication of Qualification Status and Activity Reports
  • Accurate and continuous process of Registering, Claiming, and distributing Certificates
  • Liaising with Key International Stake holders
  • Effective management of schedules
  • Investigate and resolve key stakeholder queries
  • Ensure that colleagues follow established learning policies in line with our Accreditation Guidelines
  • Co-ordination of small- and large-scale training events across the UK
The Person:
  • Ability to communicate professional and appropriately
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and work across other teams
  • Ability to prioritise and plan effectively to meet deadlines
  • Ability to accurately maintain records
  • A value for high standard and a strong attention to detail
  • A value for high standards of data control
  • Ability to think creatively and logical to deliver high quality Training
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programmes
  • Previous experience in using Learning Management Systems, is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent telephone manner and experience in dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective file management skills
