About Us and the Role


We are looking for two experienced marketing and communications officers to join our busy team - one permanent and one fixed term position until the end of March 2024.

We provide a high-quality marketing and communications service to promote council services and support the organisation to achieve its strategic objectives. We plan and deliver measurable projects and campaigns to promote key messages to specific audiences, using the full range of owned, earned and paid communications.

Both roles will plan and deliver marketing and communications activity to promote a range of services to support Warwickshire residents. Using online and offline channels, applicants must be able to protect and enhance our reputation with the media, residents and other stakeholders, building strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Experience in planning, executing and evaluating campaigns, including the creation of content and management of social media channels is essential.

The successful applicant will need resilience, creativity, attention to detail, at least 5 years’ experience in marketing or communications and strong organisational skills.
