My client is an expanding agency that specialize in Data Technology and Customer Marketing in the retail, sports and hospitality sectors, they are growing and need additional support in their client team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Understanding client reporting to help develop proposals
  • Regular client contact with updates
  • Supporting the client director with presentations
  • Meeting preparation for client projects
  • Support with the service level agreements
  • Responsible for keeping senior stakeholders informed

Experience & Qualities:

  • Experience in professional client relationship management and evidence of delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong understanding of all customer communication channels
  • Understanding of data modelling, campaign selection & cleansing techniques
  • Experience in interpretation of data analysis & reporting
  • Adequate knowledge and understanding of the Data & CRM Industry
  • Adequate understanding of Single Customer View databases

  • Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Can manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to problem solve & come up with successful solutions
