A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Digital Account Manager to join an integrated creative agency working with clients in the lifestyle and luxury sectors, with an impressive client list.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Manage, grow and deliver across digital accounts. One of these is a globally known, leading marine product manufacturer, with incredible opportunities to work with one of the best known manufacturers in the industry.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director, Head of Production and Creative Studio across these accounts. Lead the delivery of digital campaigns and social account management.
  • Build exceptional relationships with client stakeholders; using your experience and knowledge, to build an exceptional service to these accounts.
  • Heavily involved in day-to-day management of key client projects and programmes, taking proactive leadership, as well as having regular communication with clients.
  • Manage multiple projects independently and at a fast pace.
  • Run social creative reports on a regular basis to share insights and actions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the studio team on the conceptualisation, creation, approval and distribution of assets, that meet social platform best-practice.

Skills and experience required:

  • Comfortable in taking ownership and accountability for your work / project / client.
  • Proven expertise with Facebook Ads Manager, Search (Google) & YouTube.
  • Organic and paid Digital Campaign Management experience essential. Familiarity with content creation process.
  • Execution of paid and organic digital marketing campaigns including planning, copy writing, trafficking, day-to-day optimisations & budget pacing Creating, analysing and optimising advertising accounts, across social media channels and content marketing.
  • A good understanding of managing digital advertising and social media growth strategy across social media channels.
  • Strong client management skills - building strong relationships with the clients, experience in a client facing role is essential.
