We are back in business! It’s been a tough 18 months but with Iona now in service creating unforgetting holiday happiness for our guests and Arvia joining the fleet in 2022, there has never been a more exciting time to join Britain’s no.1 cruise line!

Based from our headquarters in Southampton (with the option of finding a balance of time working from home and in our fantastic offices) we are currently looking to recruit a Hotel Assurance & Administration Manager to join our Guest Experience team. This newly created role is a great opportunity to join us on a permanent contract.

The role

Reporting to the Senior Manager (Hotel Operations, Entertainment & Leisure Delivery) working in an immediate team of 8, this role will play a key part in assuming accountability for ensuring P&O Cruises hotel operations operates within financial, audit, immigration and administrative policy requirements and able to identify gaps and risks within these areas.

You’ll support multiple departments within the on board hotel team and acts as a strategic partner across the different stakeholder network within the business. You’ll also working closely with other operational teams at Carnival House such a Financial Operations, Risk Advisory & Assurance, Port Operations, Technology, Rotations & Recruitment and Fleet Leadership teams!

Alongside the above, you’ll undertake regular policy assurance inspections within the financial audit areas on board whilst remaining future focussed as we continuously improve our ways of working. This will include planning and managing priorities and programmes of works up to 18 months in advance.

About you

You’ll have a clear understanding of financial, audit and immigration control and execution, ideally gained in a customer focussed leisure/hotel/travel industry.

With regards the volume of liaison with both shipboard and shore colleagues, you’ll have finely tuned communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with cross functional teams.

As a manager level role, we’d expect you to have developed coaching skills and experience of managing budgets.
