We are currently recruiting for 150 Light Assembly Operatives for our Client based in Coalville (TRANSPORT PROVIDED). This is the unique opportunity to join the project which is contributing to the UK’s resistance of pandemic. Our Client has a wonderful candidate approach which means that you will feel welcomed and looked after there from the first day of your assignment.

Light Assembly Operative Duties Will Include
  • Collecting components according to the batch completion list
  • Picking and packing of product components
  • Labelling and reconciliation of product
  • Refer to appropriate person(s) e.g. supervisor or technical experts when issues arise
  • Adhering to Health and Safety regulations
Ideal Skills Of The Light Assembly Operative
  • This role involves working within the assembly team so you will need to demonstrate a pro-active attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Prior manufacturing experience would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Great attention to detail (ensuring batch record completion is up to date and accurate, including performance of defined checks)
  • Communicative level of English
  • Trustworthy, motivated and reliable approach to work
  • Ensuring productivity and pack targets are achieved
