Opportunity for a Process manager to join a successful manufacturing business in the Dewsbury area. As the process manager, you will be tasked with the analysis of the production process and to develop recommendations that will increase yield, productivity and improve final products’ quality and consistency. Detailed responsibilities will include:
  • Analysing existing production processes and developing recommendations, raising proposals and technological developments.
  • Carrying out and coordinating improvement projects, process capacity studies and implementing statistical controls.
  • Liaising with shift managers to ensure effective running of the process.
  • Identifying and documenting good practices regarding manufacturing process improvements.
  • Working directly with managers in other disciplines to augment/and or modify production capacity and value.
  • Leading, directing, evaluating, and developing the team in TQM activity and undertaking six-monthly development and performance interviews. Experience:
  • Strong analytical ability and Microsoft Excel experience
  • Supervisory experience
