Have you considered a career in Customer Services, we have an opportunity for two Level 2 Customer Service Apprentices in our complaints team.

What you’ll be doing

As an Apprentice you will be completing a Level 2 Customer Service qualification whilst working in a busy customer service team. The complaints team support the business to ensure that a high level of service and reassurance is given to our customers.

You will complete your qualification ‘on the job’ so you won’t be required to attend college all of your learning will be completed as part of your role.

The role will enable you to develop knowledge of the complaints policy and procedure and why they are so important and the impact they make on our customer experience.

You will build positive relationships with customers and colleagues, all supporting the work that you will complete as part of your qualification.

About you

You’ll have some great ideas about what makes good customer service and you’ll want to always get the best outcome for our customers.

You’ll show a natural interest in learning, wanting to understand the bigger picture will help you to succeed in the role. As learning and working together can be a juggling act, you’ll be confident in your time management skills.

The complaints team has recently expanded and is a high-profile role within the organisation, and we want you to be proud of the important role that you and the team plays within Aster.
