Driven by exemplary customer service and over 160 years of success, our multi-award winning operation spans a network of 32 prime London offices and is supported by a high-end brand and an exceptional marketing campaign. We are looking for Trainee Lettings Negotiators with character, charm and a competitive edge to join us in our continued expansion.

With an in-depth training programme and experienced mentors in every office, previous experience in property is by no means essential. Energy, natural enthusiasm and a willingness to develop as part of a team are pre-requisites. Success in the role is rewarded by uncapped commission and international incentive trips from skiing to sailing, not to mention real opportunity to progress your career and climb the ranks.

The role is one of limitless variety; you will be handling a wide range of customers as well as managing your day, working with your office team and ultimately being instrumental in helping Marsh & Parsons continue 160 years of matching people with wonderful properties.
