The role of Learning and Development Leader is important to us. The Learning & Development Leader will help to create and build a learning, development, and continuous improvement culture, via the creation and delivery of high-quality face to face and e-learning training.

Your Responsibilities Day To Day Will Be…
  • Creating e-learning and physical training off the back of requirements provided to you
  • Maintaining and keeping the training up to date and inline with any changes in the insurance industry
  • Delivering classroom training to new starters and existing employees
  • Supporting the Sales Managers where required and supporting with performance plans
  • Documenting all training processes

What do we expect of you?
  • Excellent oral, written communication and influencing skills
  • The ability to present to large audiences
  • Ideally knowledge of the commercial Insurance industry, but not a must dependent on experience.
  • Up to date knowledge of learning and development theory and application.
  • Experience Management, development and talent training
  • A relevant training qualification, e.g. L&D further education and or professional qualifications

Location: Based in Leeds or the Sheffield office but will require travel to both, alongside other locations on a less frequent basis.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am- 5pm

Salary: Up to £40,000
