Learner Recruitment & Engagement Officer – Vacancy

Status:Full time, permanent

Salary:£20,394 – £21,132 per annum (A21-A24)

Due to an exciting period of growth, Reaseheath College are looking for a Learner Recruitment & Engagement Officer to join the Apprenticeship and Commercial Team.

As a Learner Recruitment & Engagement Officer you are responsible for coordinating and leading on assessment centres for all eligible apprentice applicants. Liaising with the wider Business Development team members/Skills Coaches to ensure the smooth running of Apprentice assessment days.

You are required to support with Reaseheath College open day events, as and when required. Carrying out learner engagement activities, liaising with schools, colleges and external agencies to attract and recruit learners onto Apprenticeship opportunities.

Maximise learner opportunities by uploading and maintaining Reaseheath College vacancies on to the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) database. Including following up all unsuccessful learners recording on a database and matching to alternative employers.

You will be required to liaise with internal colleagues to ensure all Reaseheath Apprenticeship NAS Vacancies are promoted across all social media platforms.

Please note this role constitutes ‘regulated activity’ as defined by the Protection of Freedom Act 2012. The successful candidate will therefore be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check with barred list information prior to starting employment.
