Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.


We are looking for a Lead Engineer to join the Commercial Property Maintenance team on-site in Mayfair.


You’ll:

  • Manage client and building users expectations and to aim for consistently high levels of customer satisfaction & Management of client relationship on a daily basis.
  • Manage agreed KPI and SLA’s, ensuring best use of all resources to ensure targets are met
  • Be responsible for quality control of sub contractors work by utilising spot checks, audits and review of safety paperwork.
  • Ensure that CAFM systems and site records are up to date at all times reporting jobs to the helpdesk and in line with Helpdesk requirements.
  • Coordinate and take responsibility for all planned and reactive maintenance delivered by the engineering team for all equipment, plant, services and systems.


We’re looking for:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge or previous experience of mobile technology for management of tasks.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload.
  • Previous experience in a role where your duties included: Issuing planned and reactive works, client liaison & meeting with sub-contractors.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of employee, customer and client.
  • Sound knowledge of H&S Legislation and some knowledge of COSHH / Confined space / L8.
