We are looking for a Commercial Manager (Regional) to join our building services team in the South East.

Working as a Commercial Manager you will support is to support and innovate within established commercial and operational teams, to ensure the operational, commercial and risk management that delivers maximum value to Skanska and its customers. To manage all commercial aspects of complex and fast paced work winning opportunities. Supporting existing contract teams in the Defence, Local Authority and Schools environment

You’ll:

  • Work closely and supporting the contract teams and Commercial Leader to ensure that contracts discharge contractual and legal obligations in line with company policies, IMS procedures, and company guidelines, e.g. (Code of Conduct, Contract Performance Procedure, Project Review Management, Risk and Opportunity Management, Design Management and Project Close Out Guidelines).
  • Undertake all responsibilities having a duty to act in the best commercial and financial interests of the business and its customers in delivering set projects and services to time and quality, whilst recognising our Corporate and Social Responsibilities.

We are looking for:

  • Degree or equivalent level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related construction subject
  • MRICS or working towards MRICS.
  • Relevant commercial experience within a contracting organisation ideally in FM environment but not essential
  • Must be able to pass and obtain full MOD security checks
