£22,000 D.O.E + commission

Due to continual growth over the last 18 months and an exciting pipeline of product developments, we are recruiting for Lead Generation Executives / BDE / Business Development Executives based out of our clients West Midlands Office.

We are looking for strong self-starters to further business opportunities and actively increase revenue. You will be responsible for creating lucrative opportunities & setting appointments, before passing them on to our experienced field sales / business development team.

Responsibilities as the successful Lead Generation Executives / BDE / Business Development Executive:
  • You will be responsible for contacting potential new customers across the UK and building relationships with key decision makers
  • Dealing with a commercial base within the UK & arranging appointments for our successful field sales / business development team
  • Delivering a conversation on our range of products and services on the phone when applicable (full product and service training provided)
  • Completing tasks and projects assigned within time frames set
  • Providing quality customer service at all time
  • Feeding back to the line manager with an accurate overview of the data that is supplied
  • Prospect via the phone for new businesses to identify opportunities.
  • Develop opportunities to a level where a senior sales member can quote and close business.
  • Achieve and exceed KPI’s based on calls made and passed on to the team.
  • Develop an active pipeline of prospects for the senior sales team.
The successful Lead Generation Executive / BDE / Business Development Executive will:
  • A naturally curious, tenacious, and outgoing personality
  • A confident communicator with the ability to talk with people of all levels
  • An appreciation / understanding of technology - Document Management, Managed Print Solutions, IT, Telecoms, SaaS etc.
  • Have the desire to make high volumes of daily calls over a sustained time period, to meet the KPI’s set by management.
  • Great attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
  • A background in a B2B / B2C / Sales or within a Customer Service focused environment is desired
  • Passionate about your own learning and development
  • Experienced with CRM systems & is skilled in Microsoft office applications especially excel
  • Demonstrable skills for using LinkedIn to connect with potential customers
  • A competitive team player whilst having the ability to work as an individual
  • Be keen to learn in a fast-paced sales environment, with the ability to overcome obstacles & objections.
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
  • Be resilient and can show strong examples of resilience inside/outside the workplace
  • Want to work in a target driven sales environment
The Package for the successful Lead Generation Executives / BDE / Business Development Executives will be:

A base salary of up to £22,000 D.O.E

10% commission of any sale that is closed by the senior field sales team as a result of your appointment setting
