KRG are currently looking to expand our team by taking on a Trainee Recruitment Consultant who is either French, Spanish or German speaking, to join our office in Handforth, Cheshire and recruit within our International Packaging sector. You don’t need any recruitment or sales experience, just a great attitude, an ambition to carve out a great career in recruitment and the ability to be conversational in another language. TRAINEE RECRUITER ROLE OVERVIEW: You will join us under a structured training programme designed to equip you everything there is to know about become a successful recruiter. In your first month as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will learn about sourcing new clients and candidates, managing existing relationships and how to manage the recruitment process from start to finish.During months 2-6 of the training programme you will have the opportunity to work alongside senior recruiters to put your knowledge and skills gained during the initial training into practice. During this period you will have the opportunity to earn bonuses on top of your basic salary.SALARY: £20,000 per annum basic salary plus commission (92% of our trainees received a promotion in Year 1) WHY WORK FOR KRG?:-Industry leading training.
