We are looking for a Lead Finance Manager working for one of the UKs leading mortgage lenders. The client is highly regarded by customers for the service they provide for the community and are award winning for their employee engagement. This is a minimum 6-month contract, working in a hybrid role whereby 1-2 days per week will be worked at their HQ in Coventry.

This role will see the Lead Finance Manager involved in a wide variety of BAU and strategic projects including financial modelling development and supporting collateral, Team Leadership, Finance Transformation Projects plus more.

Key Responsibilities

  • BAU financial management and control team and processes
  • Stabilise, document and optimise the current financial management BAU operations
  • Support definition of to-be Financial Operating model
  • Support creation (including recruitment) of the permanent enduring team
