We have been retained by our client, a large finance organisation to hire an internal Head of Recruitment to lead their existing team and drive planned business growth over the next several years.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, responsibilities will include oversight and management of the existing recruitment team, use of the ATS (eploy) and refreshing of the current EVP.

The team will be tasked with delivering between 35-45 hires per month, the Head of Recruitment will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, to deadlines, and developing and building candidate talent pools to meet demand.

Located in central Manchester, their office is a fun, lively environment in which to work, with a casual dress code and after the initial bedding-in period, flexible working policy.
