JOB - Lead Design & Test EngineerLOCATION - HampshireTERM - PermanentSALARY - £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (Dependant on experience)A Hampshire based Engineering company are currently on the hunt for a Lead Design & Test Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.The Lead Design & Test Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:HND/ HND in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.5 years’ experience working in a Manufacturing environment.Good all-round understanding of Engineering - electrical, electronics, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics.Experience/ understanding of programming languages such as C#.Good organisation skills.Quick problem solver.The Lead Design & Test Engineer’s duties will include:Supervision of test & manufacturing engineers.Management & testing of production equipment.Creation & design of new equipment.Working closely with R&D team to understand new strategies & methods.If you are interested in this Engineering position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation
