Key Deliverables

  • Supporting the Head of Profession (Asbestos) in ensuring that all asbestos related activities are undertaken in accordance with the company arrangements as set out within S-267 (Asbestos Management Arrangements), CM REP 0033 (Strategic Approach (Principles and Guidelines) for the Management of Asbestos for Care and Maintenance Entry) and all legislation and guidance pertaining to asbestos

Qualifications and Experience

  • HNC/NVQ level 5 or equivalent experience
  • BOHS P405 course and pass assessment
  • BOHS P407 course and pass assessment
  • CAR-SOILS course attendance
  • ASBESTOS MANAGERS course and pass assessment

Salary

  • Salary Range: £47,104 - £54,699
  • 25 days (equivalent) annual leave - option to buy or sell up to 5 days each year
  • Participation in Company Bonus Scheme
  • Up to 13.5% employer pension contribution depending on individual contribution amount
  • Access to training and development through the company performance management arrangements, supporting you in maintaining your personal Continuous Professional Development
