Macildowie HR are working with a leading tech business in the East Midlands to help grow their Learning and Development team. This is a new role to support the L&D Manager at a really exciting time of growth and change for the company. You will be able to make this role your own and support with a variety of different projects and duties.

Within this role you will be able to work remotely, with travel into the office once a week.

This is a role where no two days will be the same, and you will get to support the employees and managers through their development and training. Reporting into and working closely with the L&D Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating and arranging internal training for new and current staff members, ensuring they are booked in and have dealing with enquiries. Using your relationship building and communication skills, you will be able to advise managers on the best training routes for their team members, and recommend ways to continuously up-skill them.

You will be able to get involved in and support with the early careers initiative, by liaising with colleges and Universities to bring in graduates and apprentices.

There is so much scope to learn and develop yourself within this role, and be a part of a company that are all really friendly and welcoming.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone that has some experience within learning and development, gained from either a sole L&D role, or from a HR or recruitment role and has a passion to continue in this. You will need to be organised and analytically focused, as well as having exposure into the training cycle.
