Are you a professional who would like to be a part of the Key Worker early adopter? Exciting new roles have been created as part of a key worker early adopter site designed in partnership with NHS England. This early adopter site will deliver a new way of supporting CYP with Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) and/or a Learning Disability (LD) and their family/carers. The key worker roles will enable CYP and their family/carers to get the right support at the right time and ensure local systems are responsive to meeting their needs in a holistic and joined up way.

The early adopter site is part of the NHS Long Term Plan which aspires for all CYP with LD, ASC or both, who are identified on the Dynamic Support Register, to have a named keyworker by 2024. Staffordshire is one of 14 National key working early adopter sites implementing this strategic role.

We welcome applications from everyone irrespective of ethnic origin, disability, age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, nationality, religion, marital status, social background or trade union membership. However, as members of ethnicity minority groups and individuals with disabilities are currently under-represented, we would encourage applications from members of these group.
