We are excited to be recruiting for an additional head to join our high achiever and fast paced environment with our Key Accounts team. You will bear full responsibility for building a strategic account plan that maximises commercial value within the strategic partnership for your assigned accounts, as well as organizing and deploying the appropriate resources within Allergan Aesthetics to drive value co-creation with customers and deliver account growth.

Customer Focused -Evaluate and assess customer needs and requirements on an ongoing basis and engage customer in collaborative discussions with cross-functional team members to explore possibilities and potential areas for value co-creation and co-innovation underpinned by delivering commercial value.

A strategic and tactical executer- Engage consultatively with customers and internal cross-functional team members to explore and develop new opportunities for value co-creation and mutual growth, that differentiate Allergan Aesthetics from other providers in our markets.

A collaborator - Engage with customer stakeholders, sponsors and supporters to facilitate appropriate inclusion of Allergan Aesthetics cross-functional teams for the purpose of understanding what matters most to the customer and pursuing value co-creation and co-innovation together.

YOU WILL…

Champion the customer within Allergan Aesthetics as appropriate to ensure appropriate Executive sponsorship, resource allocation, prioritisation, and delivery of agreed account plans. Developing understanding of the customer’s business that includes their internal and external SWOT & PEST analyses, objectives, plans and competitor landscape.

Build strategic account plans that enable account growth, with both a short-term and long-term focus on the “bigger picture” of Allergan Aesthetics future partnership with the customer. Conduct and facilitate ongoing collaborative strategy and visioning sessions with the customer to drive co-discovery of new opportunities.

Drive Innovation - Proactively keeping up to date with digital advancements and competitor analysis and consider new ways of working to improve processes and adding value to our customers.

Qualifications

YOU BRING…
  • ABPI qualified (if not qualified, exam must be passed within first 2 years of joining industry)
  • Significant experience in high level key account management and business planning with experience in dealing with data-based methods for the formulation and monitoring of methods and results.
  • Range of industry experience e.g., pharma, devices, generics, FMCG
  • Proven sales success
  • Profitability analysis skills
  • Experience in marketing and consulting
  • Track record of coordinating resources across a S&M organisation to deliver individual customers outstanding service.
