Our development team is focused on building and supporting next generation payment platform(s) for JPMC. We leverage cutting edge open source technologies to deliver resilient and scalable distributed platforms. We have ambitious plans for our global program spanning the next decade.

We are looking for quality, hands on and passionate technologists that will thrive in our cutting edge and delivery focused environment.
  • Will work as a developer within new strategic payment platforms requiring excellent technical and communication skills
  • Will primarily partner with technology and architecture teams delivering modern cloud based solutions to improve and further enhance our frameworks, technical services and monitoring services
  • Will partner with Production Management and SRE groups improving system observability, reliability and automated recovery
  • Will participate in a component team on all parts of the SDLC and will require a "T-shaped" mindset
  • Will look to automate test cycles, release and migration activates to ensure more seamless product delivery
  • Will seek personal and team growth with a focus on efficiency and Java development
Qualifications
  • Java developers with extensive experience with hands on coding
  • Agile practices and development methodology
  • Spring Boot
  • Messaging systems including Kafka, AMPS and MQ
  • DBs inc Cassandra and relational
  • TDD/BDD
Desired
  • UI experience particularly React
  • General cloud deployment knowledge (primarily Kubernetes)
  • Experience with CI/CD deployments
