Are you an aspiring Infrastructure Technician looking to start your career with a well-established and evolving company?

Eco Surv formed in 2013 as a multi-disciplinary company specialising in sustainable building design and software solutions for the energy and utilities industry.
The founders, Nathaniel and Alessandro, have more than 20 years of experience in the property, construction, design, and sustainability sectors. Their passion is business efficiency through smart application and the development of software.

Due to continued success and growth, they are now looking for a hardworking and motivated IT Support Technician Apprentice to join their team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • IT and Software support
  • Problem management
  • User accounts and setups
  • System builds
  • Networking within the building

Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by Eco Surv and Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of how networks work
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Willing to learn
  • Passion for IT
  • Able to know their way around setting up a new PC using hardware and software
  • A minimum of Grade 4/C in Maths or equivalent is required for this role

Salary, Hours and Holidays:

  • £17,000 per annum
  • Monday – Friday 8:30-5pm
  • 20 days annual leave + bank holidays

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the program with the possibility of progression onto one of our Level 4 programs.
