Based within the Tamworth area, Quiss Technologies are specialist designers who come up with new solutions and provide excellent support to businesses’ infrastructure. Accredited by Cisco, Microsoft, and HP, Quiss Technologies is now looking for a passionate IT Helpdesk apprentice to join their team.

Quiss Technologies and Baltic have partnered up to bring in the most passionate IT candidates in the industry! Completing tasks such as monitoring networks, gaining an understanding of Office 365 and providing solutions to customers for their IT issues!

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Providing support via the helpdesk
• Gain an understanding of Office 365
• Monitoring networks
• Troubleshooting
• Diagnosing faults

Full training and support will be provided by Quiss Technologies and Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge:

• Passionate personality
• Great communication skills verbal and written
• Tech-savvy
• Outgoing attitude
• Willing to learn
• A minimum of a GCSE grade 4 or C in Maths or Level 2 equivalent

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £9,000 Per annum
• Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 23 Days holiday + bank holidays
• Training bonus
• Pension Scheme

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the program. You, along with your employer may decide to progress into a full-time position or on to a level 4 apprenticeship.
