IT Infrastructure Technician Apprentice – 08970

Baltic Apprenticeships are working in partnership with Seada Technology Limited to provide them with their next IT apprentice. Seada technology limited are a UK-based 2019 Queens award for Enterprise-winning, world-leading manufacture of video wall controllers, conference technology, and pro AC solutions. Their mission is to offer the most innovative and cost-effective solutions to their customer in video wall controller applications.

Due to a period of growth Seada Technology limited are now looking for a creative IT Infrastructure Technician Apprentice to come and join their team of experts.

Roles & Responsibilities (Will include but not limited to):

• Responding to customers queries
• Creative bespoke hardware and software packages for clients
• Supporting customers through webinar sessions
• Supporting senior engineer in configuring hardware and software

Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge:

• Genuine interest in Technology
• Passion for IT
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Minimum grading of Level 4/C or above in Mathematics or equivalent is required for this role

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £7,800 per annum
• Monday to Friday between the hours 9am till 5pm
• 30 Hours per week
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays
