Overview:
Element has an opportunity for an IT Application Support Analyst to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. Our new candidate’s primary responsibility is to support the IT operations by providing hardware, software and network administration support.

Responsibilities:
  • Desktop application packaging using Ivanti and/or SCCM
  • Remote and On-Site Desktop Support
  • Administration of servers running Windows 2012 or above
  • Maintenance of servers and end-user-devices, ensuring these are kept up-to-date
  • Troubleshooting post-update complications to servers or end-user-devices

Skills / Qualifications:
  • Service Now experience
  • Packaging of Applications creating MSI’s with SCCM or Ivanti
  • Previous Application Support or 2nd Line Support position
  • Proven experience of working with and supporting business systems and applications
  • Good range of General IT knowledge
  • Driving licence is a requirement as travel to sites will be required
