Are you about all things IT and want to start your career as a 1st Line Support Apprentice? If so this could be the role for you!

Baltic Apprenticeships are delighted to announce we are working in partnership with the Northern Education Trust to provide them with their next 1st Line Support Apprentice. The Northern Education Trust is a large multi-academy trust responsible for Primary and Secondary academies across the North of England. If successful you will be working within Freebrough Academy located in Brotton.

Due to a period of growth and demand, they are looking for a passionate 1st Line Support Apprentice to join their team!

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • First Line Support
  • Performing repairs on hardware and equipment
  • Working on CCTV
  • Supporting the Network Engineer with updated and Maintenance
  • Working on bespoke packages and software updates

Full training, support, and guidance will be provided throughout the duration of your programme by Baltic Apprenticeship and The Northern Education trust.

Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge:

  • Passionate about IT
  • Knowledge of PC components and repairing your PC and Devices
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Drivers license preferred but not essential
  • Minimum grading of Level 4/C or above in Mathematics or equivalent is required for this role

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £8,385 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am till 4:30pm
  • Office-Based
