We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

• Responsibility for all Inventory management, Admin activity, Returns flow, Quality control issues & Delphi customer discrepancies
• All inventory requirements within WMS Red Prairie to be completed with recorded target times
• Achieve Inventory KPIs targets, returns process to be adhered too & all returns to be processed within target parameters
• All quality reports to be actioned & resolved on day of receipt
• All customer deviations to be answered & directed within agreed acceptable parameters.
